Your Wisdom Bank is where you’ll collect reminders, truths, and lessons that you want to keep front and center in your life. Think of it as your personal vault of insights—things you know deep down but often forget in the heat of the moment.
Mantras, proverbs, favorite quotes, or simple truths are all perfect for this space.
Here are a few questions to help you fill it out:
- What key insight from the webbook do you want to remember—and keep hammering into your psyche?
- What wisdom from other books, teachers, or mentors has proven most valuable to you?
- From your own life, what hard-earned lessons about productivity, motivation, or habits have you discovered?
- What do you tend to forget when you’re stuck in resistance or procrastination?
- What truth would have helped you most during your last big struggle?
